This is the active OCR part of DocuWare which will try and read out all printed information on stored documents. Multiple instances of this process can (and will) be running on a server and CPU and RAM will be very high, as multiple documents will be processed simultaneously.
Additionally this process can be running on clients that import or scan documents to do some preprocessing.
