Was scanned by mcafee and norton products and said was clean/safe. Program kept crashing internet explorer and promting to redirect to random website. Removed program from control panel and no problems after restart of computer. contacted norton reps via online chat and very unhelpful people... never responded after i told them what was wrong and how there program said clean and still did not detect it after i specifically told the program where to find the malware. not sure true cpas of malware but annoying.
