I can't find how to get rid of C:Users/JAMES/~/OFF/Iweber.exe
I've run Norton 360 and Norton Eraser. What can I do? My PC is slowing down.

Norton was unable to block it and I can't get if off my hard drive and I think it is a virus bc my computer is acting really funny and Norton tells me also.

Something happened to my com, like I was getting attacked, i ran virus protection and it fixed it but now i keep getting kicked offline alot and this message comes up: c:users|KMEYLESAppDataLocalTempInstall_13267iwebar.exe
everytime this happens...what can i do?
