I went to add/remove programs and attempted to remove it but, it starts the removal process and stops.
How can i remove this from my computer.

By Sarah 2014-03-01 02:32:36 To remove "ImproveSpeedPC," start by going to start. Located on the side, click on "Control Panel." From there, choose to "uninstall a program." Now search through the list of programs until you find ImproveSpeedPC. Double click on it or right click it to be asked if you want to delete it. If you have ImproveSpeedPC, you might have "Back Up Duty Lite" also, which is another malware good to delete. Hope this helps with any troubles.

I then thought that I would be committing to but if I went further so I emailed them asking if there was a cost for the licence before proceeding .
The reply I had was that the cost was $29.95 however the optional of $9.95 is for a "advance error finding system" to improve the performance of the ImproveSpeedPC System. I was not happy with this so I am going to dicontinue with the purchase. Due to the possibility of virus contamination by this system can you confirm that I have not been contaminated by the process I have gone through. It looked at my PC and told me that It had found 600 errors so what do I do now.
