In my case, this program is associated with Bitdefender. This piece of crap 'quarantines' files with no way of getting them back. The decision is made with no right of appeal! So I went hunting for where these files may be (assumed, quite reasonably, that they'd be stored on my PC somewhere. Still not found, and their Q&A forum has a multitude of similar complaints, with fob-off answers. I know of no issue with this sub-program. It just caught my eye because it had 'Q' [for quarantine?] in it! Just thought I'd 'Share'.
