Also asking for password to Nortons Identity safe and wanting me to buy a software product to remove errors they say had stopped working. When I emailed microsoft, they denied any such call had taken place.

By alice jordan 2014-07-21 01:26:33 on July 12/ 15, and finally on the 17th and this was all of all scams. they said i has a virus taking over my and his computer. they were from india or else where than usa. his name was adam parker , this was on going for 4 or 5 hours call after call. finally they were wanting to the refund my money, from a previous fix for me. i did have someone the same way to fix my computer, and i thought it was the same guy. he knew all about it. they tore up my computer and wanted to fix it again for $99.99. i said no. they read my charge card and charged me a $110,00, with out me saying ok. i kelp on until they said go to western union and wire the amount. this guy adam parker if any of this is true, i'll be suprised. phone 315-636-6201. are you also tightvnc service. they did a number on me. i at least want my $110.00 back and sit costee him pay for this. on this same date another name i found out is nanosystems s.r.l.. can you do something. in may 2014 this guy did me the same way. $99.99

By fred flintstone 2015-03-01 06:30:17 this is a scam, also I think these guys are the hackers, just how they got my ph# when I never posted it on anything is not right....they also left a program in my computer that I cant get rid of, these guys should be investigated as a possible terrorist group....they seem all nice but coming back from the middle east , they sound talaban....so now I have to buy a new computer....I hate the fact theres scam artist like this

Like a dummy I fell for this and they suppossedly took over my computer to fix all the problems and they charged me $109 to fix my PC. They call me regulary and I tell them that there is nothing wrong with my PC and I hang up. My PC is slower than molasses, it locks up and I have trouble getting onto the Internet. I know I'm elderly but I didn't think I was that stupid. My grandson is a master with computers (our own geek) so I think I will be calling him and asking him to help his "stupid" grandma.

After taking control of his computer through Supremo (a legitimate remote program) he asked for credit card information and went to great lengths to explain that it was secure, pointing out that when he entered the CIV code that only Xs would appear. After my husband balked, the guy threatened to disable his computer if he did not comply. My husband asked \"Are you threatening me?\" The guy answered \"Yes\". Just then, everything on the Desktop disappeared. We hung up the phone, disconnected the Internet and ran a malware scan. We still can\'t get the desktop items back even after a system restore.

There was an eighthundred number to call for this to be fixed. they charged me 500 dollars to fix it. It was supremo by Technosys Gurpreet in LA, CA. Can you tell me if these people are legit or are they a scam.

By Hyperloose 2016-07-06 07:42:44 I got the call from the broken English speaking guy who said I\'d been hacked or something like that. Anyway, he said it was due to my Microsoft Windows programs. At that moment I knew it was bullshit because I quit the Microsoft toilet bowl of products you have to flush every year or so years ago and damn proud and happy of it! But I entertained this guy to see what he was up too and like the other comments he sent me to the Supremo software site and wanted me to download it. That\'s when I terminated his phone call. Interesting though was his number shown on my cell caller id was three digits (524). That was a first for me seeing such a call which was also a mark something was wrong. If someone calls you out of the blue and tells you about a problem you know nothing about and then has to have you download a program to give them control over your computer, uhh don\'t do it! NO Company calls to repair your computer. Think about it....those people in India or where ever they are calling from must know Americans are so gullible and easy targets. Because we are honest people and think everybody else is generally honest and wouldn\'t run long drawn out bold scams...but they do...they being the rest of the 75 to 80 percent of the world.

I rang the 0800 no and agreed to them fixing my computer. It took 2 hours and \i now have supremo and malware installed. I was told they were based in California. I paid $325. Is this legitimate or should I be extremely concerned and report it.
