TextALoud is a text - to audio speach program produced by Next-Up Technologies LLC. TAForIEBroker.exe carries a Next Up Technology certificate, and creation date is the same as a mumber of other files in this folder. It is launched at startup - can be located with msconfig. Unknown reason oe purpose. For the past 2 weeks it has come active as an application under task manager, for unknown reason and not related to the use of TextALoud which has not been used prior to the observed problem. When TAForIEBroker.exe comes active, considerable cpu time is used and there is communications of some sort to the www. It refuses to shutdown in a timely basis and may need to have the process stopped via Task Manager. If it is not a virus, it conducts itself as Malware - - most likely causing some other process to behave in a non-normal manor.
