I was given my brother's old laptop and there was some Chinese IM program installed called "QQ". I tried deleting all related files, but I am unable to delete WebGuard. I NEED THIS REMOVED! Every time I type in something in my address bar to be searched, it pulls up sogou.com and the results are all in CHINESE!!! I hate this and it needs to be removed immediately. Somebody helpppppppppppppp!

It looks like that you have installed a Chinese toolbar, have you tried to uninstall that toolbar?
