this is a Trojan file. It is used to access your system and facilitates remote control and bot injection for assisting in ddos attacks and othert malicious actions in most cases. I recommend deletion of this asap as it is not a file that is needed for anything on windows 10.

Nonsense. The Atheros service is for Bluetooth—so if you want Bluetooth to work properly on your PC, don't change it. See details here:
