The process is filthy, filthy malware. Had it on my computer a couple days ago. Its a bot (As far I can tell) that takes control of your computer. It can type, Move your mouse, etc. It tried deleting vital files. I needed to factory reset my PC as I was at risk of getting hack, which is precisely what it was. Don't touch it. Also, I tried deleting all files known as "doshost" in my files, but at no avail. I recommend booting in safe mode, putting all your important files on an SSD or externaal Harddrive, and factory reset your PC.
