My PC was infected with a file called File_pass-1234.exe last week Windows Defender ( Win 11) quarantined the file but also found a second virus ( uthal1? ?) which it then also quarantined. It was downloaded in an image file from the 'net under a different name but had a verification screen with the 'password' 1234 before it activated.
