I have been locked out of my computer, my finger print will not let me log on as I have forgotten my pass word for hewlett packard, I can not get into my personal account only through a bogus one I have made to get on to my emails I need to log into my personal account for work documents and word.
How do I ge my password back? as it has been along time since I logged in? I also set up an Eset ani virus protection on this compluter and it also will not let me access my personal account until I have this pass word that says it is stored on y hard drive How do i get this?
I need help ASAP...I need to get to my work documents.

It was setup on 10/13/11. Oh golly help me, as I lost everything I had on my computer that was programed.

I noticed that hp Setup Manager doesn't work the Administrator blocked me from running this app. When I up dated my pc from windows 7 to windows 10 that's when my hp Setup Manager stop working properly. and I troubleshoot it and it won't up date it what can I do please help. Thank Debi

By Hal Kestner 2017-03-03 17:17:25 I have the same problem as Debi 2016-08-25. I have been blocked out of the HP assist program that came with my Hp desk top when I upgraded to Win 10. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Hal
