After installing it on my laptop, it went to start and said it was trying to fix itself but could and it shut down. The next day I installed it into my desktop and it started and then turned black. I had to do a Windows 10 upgrade to get it to work. Now all of my household devises are full of malware and a company in so call Ed New is soli responsible. This comes after me noticing these things and it has caused me so much anxiety that I am in great pain. I am finding relief as I start to unravel this thing????????. Geek Squad and doing Mobil have failed me miserably. Please help me as I have been thinking suicide. It\'s cost me $400.00 to that fake geek Squad which I suspect they referred my call to them when I tried to call the real ones. I suspect it\'s malware as I got a robot call stating that my Microsoft account was frozen, then tonight my CV. My business line which run thru my Smartphone receives only 20% of the calls. I am ready to go out off business. This is a mess and it\'s so bazaar everyone think I am nuts, well not all of them. They are seeing it as well! Please help before this consumes what left of my miserably life. My regular cel# is 480-797-6161you can tell that one apart with the strange ring to after it\'s delayed before it ring to me, then another sec or two before it lets me answer it. By then, most of my potential clients are gone. Then there is this migshift flip phone that I bought in a desperate measure to try and save my business and that # is 480-406-8233.
