I've seen this "qneeawpxhgeyzgc.exe" and I've been alerted by windows Defender, as this being a worn.
However, this seems surprising as this file is located in an outside device (a Sony Digital Dictation Machine, model ICD-PX312M, taken directly from its unbroken selling box, and purchased from DARTY, a reputable seller. The Sony stuff had never been connected before to a PC. In addition, the connection was made to a brand new PC.
The surprising element is that this would imply that the file (if really a worn - came directly with the product from a SONY plant (poosible, but seems strange)
