Restoreoptn. My issue whit this thing is that on win8.1 when ever I restart my laptop this thing pops a blue please wait screen which never goes away. So I have to log into a new user that I was forced to make kill it from there and than log into my account. NOw this is extremely annoying I really done like win8.1 but this makes me hate it. will there be a solution to this at all. Before you also tell me its a conflict of some software I have keep in mind brand new laptop with nothing on in still striped because I had to factory reset it twice just because of this cpar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
