 hidden process/trojan/malware

causes screen to freeze, shuts down access to cpu controls/windows software controls, so removal/uninstallcannot occur thus forced restart and "infiltration" of system then completes

verified problem, approximately 6 months + prior in 2015, then again 2016; period when not having this software recently installed, where computer went through entire screening, the problems stopped

sidenote: the site has been losing money from the start, and what they started doing was looking for "alternative" income by pilfering user/client data; this has been verified as client data compromised and seen being used by "admins" of site

unregulated, and found abusing users in 2015, only to restart and expand this even more
