Not sure how long ago this post was placed but i also have thSurveillanceMgr.exe (thWatchDog). It was in the software that i installed called Global Eyes H.264-720P P2p Smoke Detector, Hidden WIFI, IP cam I purchased from Amazon a couple years ago.
I never had time to set it up untill a month ago i finally opened the box. The software on the disc included, thSurveillanceMgr.exe- (thWatchDog.exe), Surveillance_ShangPin_V2.41.exe, thSurveillance.exe, IPSearch.exe, Global Eyes User Manual, winxp_tcpip.exe, AVToAVI.exe, PlayFile.exe, and a few other files.
So far it hasn't been to bad on CPU or memory. For a cheep cam it works ok so far. I had a few problems with the set up. After software install the (Global Eyes User Manual) only opened in Chinese-simplified language (I speak English). The file was to big for any of my software to open it. After a week of hrs an hrs an hrs of searching every file name, Property of the exe's, dill's, ini's, an dat's i finally pieced some of it together to make enough sense out of it. Most of what i found was in Chinese. The file dates were mostly 2013-2014. I still cant find any Driver or Software updates.
Anyway my apologies for the long version, I was just so surprised when i found your post about try DriverDouble.com you mentioned.
If anyone needs any info email me. If i can help I will.
