Subject: Help Turbomailer 2.7.10

Greetings-

I am a licensed user of Turbomailer since 2008. Up until 6/1/22, it has worked flawlessly in support of two non-profit organizations. Turbomailer is installed on a Windows 10 (all updates current) computer with an I5 processor and 8 GB of RAM and a 500 GB SSD. I am experiencing a problem:

Upon clicking “Send” and confirmation of number of addressees, I receive the following error:
Error during mail transfer

ApplicationError: no connection to SMTP server smtpout.secureserver.net: (8, EOF occurred in violation of protocol)

SMTP Server: smtpout.secureserver.net From Address: “Oklahoma Marines”[email protected]
SMTP user: [email protected]
Reply Addr: [email protected]

Feel free to try it on your end using the above information.

I have uninstalled/re-installed the program without any improvement. I have talked with GoDaddy Tech Support on three occasions without any help. They own secureserver.net and host oklahomamarines.org.

The last successful transmission was on 5/25/22 and, to the best of my knowledge, there have not been any changes to computer since that time.

Turbomailer continues to work as it should using smtp.gmail.com and smtp.cox.net.

Sending/receiving emails to/from [email protected] with Outlook 2007 works as it should.

Please help. I am out of any other place to ask.
