Went to the FUHU.com website. This is a program included with Kingston Flash Drives. Link for their list of products, where urDrive.exe is No. 3:

Trend Micro Internet Security alerts on this urDrive.exe and since there is not much information on this product, I would expect the FUHU team to explain themselves to the security community.
