vsorep.exe is a support tool, used by VSO Support to collect system information to find bugs, problems in the VSO software. It is absolutely harmless, as I myself use VSO downloader and have used the support tool sometimes.

I bought early this month under you order number 38006692 a XtoconvertoDVD5 versión. For some reason I did not get a serial number to use . The versión sometimes work but I have a problem which is when the conversión is terminated , the burning process fails when I use a dual layer DVD. I tried with a single layer DVD and still get the same failure and not because of sufficient DVD capacity. I have contactyed Annelise von Than from vso Software I believe in france and she has given me this e-mail for help. Do you think you can hel me ?
