This file is definitely not part of the Microsoft Windows Operating system. It does use the Microsoft C Runtime library MSVCR71.DLL, but has DLLs from The OpenSSL Project and Trolltech ASA. It appears to be a program used to attempt brute force password attacks against a specified list of computers
