The second version of media box from ÎÎÎ "Èíòåðòåõ" is a virus from his own host website - it has disabled most of my web/communications software (chrome/Skype/goto meeting/yahoo messenger/em client (my mail program), it is unable to be uninstalled from any standard means - when you do an uninstall it does not uninstall anything. It is also preventing running any program that tries to uninstall it, including my virus checker (AVG).
