I can't seem to delete these pop up ads from coming up. Please help as I cannot find this program in my settings to enable/delete it!

Definitely malware. Seems to pop up for me when a website redirects, even when the redirect is legit. Type in the target URL of the redirect, and it doesn't pop up the ads, only when the browser redirects.
