I complied & uninstalled it & full scan continued without further interruptions. Will I now run into problems now that I uninstalled the Rogers Servicepoint Agent 2.0.21? Previous to scan, I've found Rogers to be running very slow. I have NOT done anything except looking up this information page. This has been the only time I've been asked to uninstall the Rogers Servicepoint program when running a Scan [quick or full]. I've had Nortons Security for almost 2 yrs without this occurring. Thank you for your response.
