This company contacted me. They asked me if I knew anyone in China. They said they found that my computer has been hijacked, and is being used by a foreign entity. They wanted me to give them access to my computer so they could fix it. They said they are an associate with Microsoft. When I asked them to give me the information I need to check with Microsoft they demurred. I need to know if they are a legitimate company. Also, I know that I have Norton on my HP computer. I am unsure if my Sony Vaio computer that I am communicating with you on is protected by Norton
