This file has been accidentally run on your pc, and simply needs to be killed and deleted. The actual file is to be copied to a USB flash drive formatted as fat32 , then plugged into your TV while on to activate the firmware upgrade process. If it was accidentally clicked on while on your pc, then it would stay in a standby state in your active processes until it interacted with the TV's upgrade server. Its completely harmless to a computer.
