TOSTracker.exe is showing in PC.But it was not reflected in Egaze monitoring tool by recent days.it was already working before one week.How can i solve this issue..?

Detalis:Win7 professional,32bit OS,2GB RAM,
I am trying below methods.but not solve that issue
1)Stop Tostracker.exe in task mgr
2)Delete old Tostracker.exe from startup path and paste the new one of Tostracker
3)Log off and again login the PC
4).Net framework (Enable)
5)Domain rejoined
6)patches update

Please anyone help to me for solve this issue......?
