This file has a pop-up which occurs whenever I sign in. I just asks if it's okay to run it...says it has no known source. This is all AFTER I hook up my new LG smart phone from Verizon for the first time. I've dealt with it for a few days but decided tonight I'm not saying 'okay' every time I sign in. It suggests I change my security settings to a lowered level. I attempted some minor surgery, but to no avai. I elected to Programs/Remove all LG and Verizon programs. That did nothing. I've now found one more "LG Verizon United Drivers" program I'm trying to uninstall. It is locked on 'preparing to remove'. ....For about 5 minutes. Time to run a full anti-virus, I think.

I have found that when I boot my computer, the cursor just keeps spinning. I open Windows Task Manager and locate the file. As long as I am connected to the internet, it will not allow me to end the process. I disconnect from the internet and can then end the process of this file. I do not know how the file restarts after a full boot, but at least I can now delete the file!

I finally called HP Customer Service and they had me send the computer back to them. Apparently the problem is with the internal modem of the computer. Hope this helps out a little.
