Today, she requested a weather app for her desktop, I downloaded WeatherSpy an hour ago - she doesn't like it, I just tried to uninstall - there is no program to uninstall which makes me suspicious. There is nothing named NCX or WeatherSpy in the list of programs. How do I get rid of this? I would do a system restore, but it would restore the PC back to before I cleaned the malware - and that took quite a while to do. I'd appreciate any help you give. Thank you.
