About a year or so ago I suddenly found that an additional photo would appear in a folder. It would be an identical copy of an existing photo in that folder, but it would include a title starting with AlbumArt and followed by a long string of letters and numbers and ending with small.jpg If I clicked to open this unwanted copy, it would open as thumbnail size. I could delete the rogue photo, but the next time I opened the folder it would come back. This problem applies to all my folders within My Pictures.
When I click on Properties, under Details it shows that the Programe name is bgtrans.
Please can you advise how I can stop these unsolicited AlbumArt photos from appearing?
