In this case, it's associated with a Dell AIO printer. I've disabled all references to dlcj.* in msconfig startup, but it keeps coming back on bootup. The problem with it is that it uses 95-100% of the CPU. Obviously, that doesn't leave a lot of CPU to run anything else.
