I run Norton 360. A Trojan.Zbot is blocked about every 10 minutes for the past four days. I ran the Norton power eraser and the only thing if finds is kizoplayer.exe, but it says it does not know if this is a problem. I tried running your scan but it says my security will not allow and says the same thing with malwarebytes. I tried to delete as you say above, but this is not listed on my programs. Can I go through my explorer and delete the file?
