I disabled the service but did not delete the file. I searched for this file but found really no information available. It was located in C:WindowsSysWOW64 folder. When I look at the files properties, it says "Copyright Mindteck India Limited 2009". The scammers sounded Indian, that is why I am concerned if this is a legitimate file or not. I checked other Windows 10 computers and this file was not present.
