By Gregory Garner 2019-02-15 04:12:53 I have had several instances where I updated my Avast Internet Security programs and each time I did, I had a company alledgy out of Fla. to contact me advising, that I had a breach in my security alert them. The last was to allegedly to process a Refund in which I never paid anyone. The last one was about 30 days ago. Whereas I alerted the FBI. Internet Security Division. I first thought it was an employee of Avast. Long story short, I have deleted the Advanced Network Security .exe completely from my computer. This appears to be a program the hacker used to keep getting into my computer. Please be very cautious as to anyone wanting to allow them into your computer claiming to sell Internet security. "I have learned they will even try to finance their services." DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM... Regardless, to what they claim !!! for your protection. BC. the FBI. and other agencies are absolutely useless to the protection of American citizens. They want to always catch them but, you will Never get a follow-up phone call to assist the public.

By Dr John Astbury 2022-03-24 10:25:24 I got this as support from Kaspersky began to suspect when my Kaspersky account was hacked after they changed the password. Checked with Kaspersky they deny associated with them but used their login page to access me, said I had trojans. I paid on paypal and have asked them to investigate as this is clearly a scam. I had a phone call from them which originated in San Francisco. Paypal should have details if any authorities interested. They still insist they work for Kaspersky although some of the software they installed is not campatible with Kaspersky (nuff said) Scammers. I have the phone number rung from
