Screen Highlighter is interfering with bowser use on my computer by popping up and removing control of the mouse. All efforts to uninstall or otherwise remove it have failed. The execuitable can not be removed because it runs in a shell. Harmony Hollow does not have a working help system. Attempts to request help from Harmony Hollow results in a non ending circular process.
