Had this on my daughters laptop. Kept getting a command window that would open for literally a fraction of a second and then close. Also did not show up on the process tab or the applications tab. Only way to figure it out was to video her screen in slow mo, and then manually play it back frame by frame. I had 1 frame where the box first stared to appear (but nothing could be read yet), one frame where I could read the header string, and by the third frame it was already closing. Found out it was hiding in an app, so I removed the app. Problem disappeared. Don\'t know if the app was corrupted, or if it was an annoyance virus. Doesn\'t matter any more!
